Ingredients

    1 lb Bob Evans Italian Sausage (broken up & fried)
    10 medium potato's peeled
    6 Cups (or more) fresh Kale chopped
    4 Cups Chicken Broth
    4 Cups water
    3-4 cups 2% Milk (depending on how much additional broth you prefer)
    3 cloves minced garlic
    1 1/2 cup chopped onion
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

fry sausage while breaking into smaller bits, set aside. Combine chicken broth, water, potato's, onion and garlic in soup pan and bring to boil - cook until potato's are tender. Reduce heat to medium and add milk and kale, cook an additional 10 minutes to soften the kale. Salt and pepper to tase and consume! Very yummy :-)
