    Very Good
    Oatmeal pancakes are our favorites, but we were out of eggs, so we decided to try this recipe. I wasn't sure how it would be since it has a lot more oatmeal than flour, but it came out kind of almost crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. We liked the combination!
