Ingredients

    8 oz. Pistachio instant pudding mix (any brand; fat free)
    8 oz. Whipped Cream (Regular or Lite)
    16 oz. Canned Crushed Pineapples-drained (light syrup)
    1 cup od chopped pecans (or any other nut)

Directions

In a bowl mix:
Whipped Cream, pistachio pudding mix, and crushed pineapples (drained). After mixing the first three ingredients mix in chopped pecans (or any othe nuts). Refrigerate over night to allow salad to settle.

Makes 6 cups.

    This is really good. My mom used to make it all the time, and we didn't know the name of the recipe, so we always called it the green stuff. lol Sometimes, I like to add marshmellows. I too use the sugar/fat free pudding and cool whip. - 5/23/09

    very good...........to save more calories use the sugar free pudding mix. - 8/13/07
