Ingredients

    4 medium tomatoes, chopped, use juice
    1 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
    3/4 cup onion, chopped (sweet onion)
    1 tsp minced jalapeno (fresh, w/out seeds)
    1/2 of a lime, juice squeezed
    1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
    3-4 dashes of black pepper
    4 or more dashes of salt, to taste

Directions

Chop tomatoes and place in bowl. Salt and pepper the tomatoes. Chop onion, add to tomatotes. Add garlic and jalapeno. Squeeze lime juice over all. Add cilantro. Mix all and let set to blend flavors.

Serves 4-6
