    yellow skinned potato
    100 g fat free sour cream
    crushed garlic
    French fried onion (French's)
    Allegro Probiotic cheese
    S&P to taste

Directions

slice potato, add sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic and french fried onions to a bowl, mix until potatoes are covered. Scoop into a casserole and bake 350 1+ hour or until potatoes are soft.
