Introduction

This is a complete meal and even though the ingredients may not sound like they would go together, this is the best gravy I have ever had. This is a complete meal and even though the ingredients may not sound like they would go together, this is the best gravy I have ever had.

Ingredients

3 lb Beef Top Round Roast
4 cups Chicken Broth (low sodium) Swanson
1 pkg Gravy, Brown - McCormick Mix - 30% Less Sodium
1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Dip - dry mix
1 pkg Good Season Zesty Italian Dressing (dry mix)
2 cups Green Giant Fresh Baby Cut Carrots, 16 oz
    6 Red Potatoes (2 1/4" to 3 1/4")
½ cup Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced

Directions

Pour 4 cups Chicken broth into bowl and whisk in gravy, ranch mix and Italian dressing mix. Place roast into crock pot and pour broth mixture over it. Cook on low in crock pot for 4 hours. Add potatoes, carrots and celery and cook on high for two additional hours.

I make 10 servings out of this but I am a single woman and don't eat like my 20 year old son does. You can adjust this to the size of your family.
