I make this all the time, it's a good make ahead for breakfast, or lunch, freeze the rest and then just take out what you need. Ingredients

12 large eggs
1 1/2 cup cheddar Cheese Shredded
1 1/2 cup milk
3 cups broccoli (frozen, thawed or cooked w/o butter added)
Salt, pepper, spices to taste- rosemary, basil, garlic, onion, etc.
Any other of your fav veggies you like in a quiche
Directions
Makes 6 slices. Heat oven to 425. Spray 9X13 pan with pam.
Crack all eggs in bowl and mix up, add milk, mix again, add the rest of your ingredients and mix with a spoon. Pour into the prepared pan.
Bake at 425 for 30 min or until top is slightly browned and eggs are set.
