Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    1 large pepper, finely chopped
    1 cup fresh mushroom slices
    4 Jalepeno peppers, finely chopped (optional)
    3 cloves crushed garlic (optional)
    2 tsp taco seasoning
    1 tbsp cayenne pepper (or chipotle optional)
    1/2 cup water

Directions

Brown the turkey in a large ungreased sauce pan
Add the onion and sautee
Drain any excess fat
Add the remaining fresh ingredients
Sautee for a couple minutes
Add the water and remaining ingredients
Mix well
Boil off the water
Let cool 5 minutes and serve.
