Ingredients

2 egg whites (or egg substitute)
1-five ounce drained light tuna in water
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1 tsp. dried onion
    dash of Italian seasonings

Directions

mix all of the ingredients in a bowl (season to your liking, as you can see i like it a bit spicy). heat a skillet with cooking spray. flatten ingredients in skillet and cook like an omelet or make a tuna patty. it only takes a couple minutes to cook on each side.

i eat it like an omelet, but you could eat it as a sandwich or chunk it up for a salad. great way to add protein to your diet.
