Ingredients

    6 lean pork chops
    2 tbsp olive oil
    8 oz. whole wheat fettucine
    1 green pepper sliced
    1 red pepper sliced
    1 yellow pepper sliced
    1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Slice red, yellow, green peppers
Cook fettucine according to package directions
Put 2 Tbsp olive oil in skillet, med heat, cook pork chops until browned. Add tricolor pepper to pork chops and cook until tender.

Add Pork chops and peppers to fettucine and top with Parmesan cheese
