Introduction

Ingredients

    1 8oz package Fit & Active Neufchatel Cheese (Low fat cream cheese)
    1 can Campbell's 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
    8 oz Fit & Active Grilled Chicken Bites or any grilled chicken breast
    4 whole garlic cloves or more
    1 10 oz package frozen Broccoli
    1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    2 cups Whole Wheat Pasta Dry
    1 cup Skim Milk
    about 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
    about 1 teaspoon of italian seasoning

Directions

You can put all this in your crock pot and cook all day but the way I did it was to put my chicken, broccoli, garlic cloves, milk, soup and seasonings in my crockpot for about 3 hours. I cooked my pasta in water. Before serving I added the cream cheese until it melts, add the parm cheese and pasta and stir up.
