Ingredients

    1 can FF cream of chicken soup
    8 oz pasta
    3 oz Velveeta cheese
    1 can rotel
    12 oz cooked chicken breast, cubed
    3/4 C chopped onions
    1 can black beans

Directions

Preheat oven to 450. Cook the pasta according to package directions. In a small sauce pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, saute the onions until tender. Stir in the velveeta, soup, salsa, and chicken, and heat until the cheese is melted. Mix in the cooked noodles and black beans. Add black pepper to taste. Pour in a 2 qt casserole dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake uncovered until heated through (about 10 minutes). Serves 6
