Ingredients

    3/4 pound ground beef (lean)
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 C shredded cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
    1 C salsa

Directions

Brown ground beef; shred cheese. Mix ground beef, cheese, taco seasoning, and water in medium bowl. Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. On a large pizza pan, arrange triangles into a circle, points outward (circle should have 5" diameter in the middle). Using large spoon, spoon beef mixture evenly onto widest end of triangles (toward middle). Bring points of triangles over filling and tuck under wide end. Bake on 375 for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Top with your choice of Mexican toppings (salsa, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, etc.) Makes 8 servings.
