Cooking sherry and a full stick of butter! Not my idea of a healthy recipe. Why not a splash of a good dry wine and a Tbsp or two of butter? I may try that and report back. Shrimp alone is SOOOO GOOOD - I'm a little mystified by the one stick of butter. - 6/29/07

Sounds awesome but a full stick of butter for only 5 servings? Yikes! I am going to try it using just a TBS or so for taste and then serve of pasta. - 6/25/07
