Ingredients

    *Flour, white, 3 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 2 cup
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 6 tbsp
    *Canola Oil, .66 cup
    Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
    Baking Soda, 2 tsp
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

Mix all together in one bowl and bake in a 13 x 9 pan at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 min.

    This was the first cake I ever made (at the tender age of 5). It is sooo easy it's unbelievable and absolutely great tasting! The only change to my recipe is the dry ingredients are put in pan, make 3 holes and pour liquid in them, stir all together, bake as above. - 10/12/07
