Ingredients

Chicken of the Sea Solid White Tuna in Water, 2 cans drained
    Hard Boiled Egg, 1 large
Hard Boiled Egg white, 2 serving
    Sweet Pickles, .5 cup, chopped
    Mayonnaise, Hellman's Light, 5 tbsp
    1/2 tsp curry powder
    pinch of salt

Directions

Hard boil eggs, then chop.
Chop sweet pickles.
Combine all ingredints and store in refrigerator. Makes a great sandwich, or serve with crackers.

I used light mayonnaise, but fat free would reduce the amount of calories. Feel free to remove the yolk from all three eggs if you want to remove even more calories. Also, if you don't have sweet pickles, pickle relish would work just fine.

I substituted dill relish for sweet and added celery and onion instead of the hard-boiled egg. I thought it was very good. - 4/2/17

    Very Good
I am definately making this again, but I tweaked it a bit by reducing the mayo, adding some sour cream, taking out the dried fruit (mostly because I don't have any). But this was a wonderful idea, i would never have come up with adding curry to tuna! - 7/24/12
