Ingredients

    2 lbs. hamburger (ground turkey would also work)
    2 packages Oriental Ramen Noodles
    1 package frozen mixed vegetables
    Ginger

Directions

Fry hamburger, drain grease. Add one package ramen noodle flavoring and ginger to hamburger.

While hamburger is cooking, place frozen vegetables in a pan with approximately 3 cups of water. Once the water is hot, add the Ramen noodles, crunching them up as you place them in the vegetable mixture. Cook until ramen noodles are done. Drain water.

Add the ramen noodle, vegetable mixture to hamburger, add the other package of oriental flavoring, mix well.

Serves 8.
