Introduction

Saw a recipe for pumpkin muffins but couldn't find canned pupkin so I tried canned sweet potato. Saw a recipe for pumpkin muffins but couldn't find canned pupkin so I tried canned sweet potato.

Ingredients

    1 Box Duncan Hines Spice Cake
    1 15oz Can Glory Sweet Potato Casserole
    1 Large Egg
    1/2 cup Vanilla Almond Milk
    1/2 cup Water

Directions

Calories are for a 9x13 inch cake cut into 24 pieces.

Mix cakes mix and 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup almond milk. Add sweet potato to mix then add egg. Spray cake pan with Bakers Joy and add mix. Bake according to box directions.
