Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Chili powder, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove)
    Curry powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Black Olives, 113 (remove)
    Garlic, 6 tsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 4 cup, chopped (remove)
    Beans, black, 1.50 cup (remove)
    Beans, pinto, 1.50 cup (remove)
    Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 3 cup
    365 Organic Chicken Broth low sodium, 1 cup (remove)
    *Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 16 oz (remove)

Directions

Coat a large saucepan or Dutch oven with a few sprays of olive oil cooking spray. Add the onions and cook over medium high heat until their soft and brown. Add the ground turkey and cook over medium high heat, breaking up the turkey with a spoon, for about 6 minutes, or until no longer pink. Add the tomatoes, pinto and black beans, broth(low sodium), garlic, chili powder, oregabo, cumin and curry powder. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to low. Cover and Simmer for 20 minutes.
Garnish with olives and scallions or cilantro.
Serving 1 cup

    thank you, pretty good recipe, I actually did it in my crock pot and also added celery chopped and green pepper and chili peppers chopped, turned out yummy...really like the spice combo. - 3/29/10
