Introduction

Beat cream cheese, ;sugar , flour and vfanilla with mixer until well blended. Add sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each until just blended. Pour in 9x9 pan sprayed with Pam.

May top with sugar free cherry pie mix if you desire.

Ingredients

    3 Pkg. (8 oz. each) of Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 cup splenda
    3TBSP. flour
    1 TBSP. vanilla
    1 cup Sour Cream
    3 eggs

    Optional crust- 2 cups chopped walnuts or pecans mixed with 3 Tbsp butter

Directions

Bake at 325 for 40 minutes. Cool and then enjoy. Store in refrigerator. Makes 16.
