This is the first recipe I have tried from Sparks and it was absolutely delicious! I would definately do it again! I did not have any green onions, but who cares, it was still great!

I am not a big fan of fish but Tilapia is one I did somewhat like. With this recipe I eat this at least once a week. My husband loves this recipe and requests it over and over again. I sometimes add a little sundried tomato to the last five minutes along with the topping!! - 12/4/07

I got the best compliment I can ever get from my hubbie, "you can make that again, dear!" And my son ate twice what he normally does. Awesome choice for my first recipe I have tried with Sparks. - 8/10/13
