    Ingredients:
    Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) diced
    *Canola Oil, 3-4 tbsp
    Tofu, firm, 1 block diced small
    *Tumeric, .5 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp to taste
    *Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix (soup broth), 8 tbsp we use Bulk Barn Vegetarian Soup Mix
    Rice Noodles, 200 grams break into 1-2 inch pieces
    Water, tap, 16 cup (8 fl oz)
    Sautee onions in a Dutch oven with oil until tender
    Add tofu and continue to sautee
    Add chicken seasoning and turmeric
    Stir well and continue to sautee
    Add 16 cups water. Bring to a boil. Add salt to taste.
