Ingredients

3.5 oz. bar of Lindt Excellence 85% Cocoa Extra Dark Chocolate
    1 cup coconut oil
    1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
4 oz. slivered almonds (or pecans)
    5 drops liquid Stevia

Directions

Break the chocolate into pieces & microwave with coconut oil in large Pyrex measuring cup on high for one minute or until melted. Whisk until smooth.

Stir in the coconut flakes, salt & almonds.

Pour batter into an 8×8 pan, lined with parchment paper, or you can use candy molds greased with non-stick spray.

Put in the freezer for 15 minutes until solid, then cut into squares. Store the Chocolate Coconut Bark in the freezer, because the coconut oil melts at room temperature.

Serving Size: Makes about 30 servings
