Chicken Coucous with Fresh Mint and Feta
Amazed at the refreshing taste and aroma this beautiful dish creates! When my mother-in-law gave me this recipe, I was skeptical of mixing these ingredients together, but boy am I glad I did! I throw chick peas in occasionally for added fiber. Enjoy!
