This recipe is from the Super Suppers Cookbook by Judie Byrd. According to the recipe notes any white fish will work with the recipe.
I love this "fried" fish. I am not sure if the calorie count is completely accurate, because I never use all the flour or egg mixture.
Who needs to fry fish when this tastes better than fried? It's much healthier than fried, too! My family loved it!
