Introduction
Who needs to fry fish when this tastes better than fried? It's much healthier than fried, too! My family loved it! Who needs to fry fish when this tastes better than fried? It's much healthier than fried, too! My family loved it!Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients
-
6 Tilapia fillets, 4 oz. each
1/4 c. skim milk
2 Tbsp. Panko breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Tips
You may want more or less of the dry ingredient mixture depending on the amount you want to coat your fish. When I made this recipe, I made about three times the amount listed here of the dry mixture, but I had quite a bit left over.
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Mix dry ingredients and put them on a plate. Dip each Tilapia fillet one at a time into the skim milk, then dredge the fillet in the Panko breadcrumb mixture. Place each prepared fillet on a baking sheet (lined with aluminum foil, if desired, for easy clean-up). Bake in a 450-degree oven for 15-20 minutes. The fish should flake easily when done.
