Not like your run of the mill chocolate chip cookie, , but I thought these were great. And addictive, so beware! The consistency is kind of like a haystack cookie. And I used dark choc chips - very rich and indulgent! Next time I'm going to try Splenda brown sugar and see how they turn out.
