Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I've never heard of "browning" raw ground beef in a pan of water. How about browning it, then draining the liquid/fat, and then making the soup with all the ingredients...?
The nutritional info is wrong; best you get to know what 100g / 3.5 oz of your chosen protein adds up to & never mind the stupid nutritional thingy -- they are frequently wrong!

For less fat, use ground chicken breast.

Be careful when buying canned tomatoes - look for ones that have no salt.
This calorie counter listed tomatoes at 490 calories, that could be the problem. Without the onions (I don't mix veggies and I don't know how much you used but onion powder would work for zero calories) in my calorie counter it estimated 287 calories and you can use lean meat like round steak to cut
The calorie count has to be wrong... 1 protein and 1 vegetable, not sure how that adds up to 700+ calories. If the calorie count is correct then I can't use it for hCG, Phase 2.
