They were definitely more filling than "regular" pancakes. I also reduced sugar to 2 tablespoons and then topped them with healthified fried apples and some honey.
Well, I've never had peanut butter pancakes before, so I can't judge if they're the best EVER, but I made these for lunch today and my family loved them! Great recipe! I put a little less sugar in, though, about 2 tablespoons, and it tasted just fine.
