Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I used ground turkey instead of hamburger. I left out the Splenda brown sugar blend. I used black pepper instead of the red as my family doesn't like their food spicy. Also a fine grating of fat free cheese on top while still warm is a good way to add calcium. Will make this again.
