Ingredients

    - Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    - Oatmeal, 0.5 cup
    - Mott's Applesauce, Natural (unsweetened), 0.5 cup
    - Minced Onion, 3 tsp
    - Crushed red pepper, 1.5 tsp
    -Egg whites, 2
    -Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 6 tsp

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Separate info muffin pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.. Makes 9 servings.

    Very Good
    I used ground turkey instead of hamburger. I left out the Splenda brown sugar blend. I used black pepper instead of the red as my family doesn't like their food spicy. Also a fine grating of fat free cheese on top while still warm is a good way to add calcium. Will make this again. - 9/27/10
