Used fresh tomato and left out salt. Yummy!
I'm looking forward to trying this very soon! I'm going to omit the salt because I use self rising cornmeal. I also suggest boiling frozen okra for 5 minutes and then draining and allowing it to cool completely before cooking it. It will stick to the pan and make a big mess otherwise!
