Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I was a little taken aback by the amount of sugar in the recipe; but it was delicious! I substituted honey and white sugar for the brown sugar, since I didn't have any in my cabinets.
Yummy! I made mine with all white flour, substituted more sugar for Splenda, and chopped up a candybar instead of using chocolate chips and they are delicious! I made muffins as well and they're very moist. My roommate doesn't even like bananas and she loves these!
I made muffins - used whole wheat pastry flour instead of white flour, Splenda for white sugar, added 1/4 cup craisins & mini chocolate chips - turned out great - even my Splenda-loathing spouse gobbled them up!
Made mine into 24 Muffins - so I was sure of serving size and wouldn't cheat!
Will make a Good breakfast muffin.
(Smart Choice Omega Chunky) Peanut Butter ( ran out ) and all Splenda, even Splenda Brown Sugar, no real sugar in my house.
Now, I'm going to go and share them with my neighbors.
