Yummy! I did use 2 tsp of white sugar in place of the s/l. Also, added 2 tbsp of ground flax seed. Very tasty. I always seem to have banana's in the freezer, nice change from banana bread.
just made them and tasted the first one...yummy! but i think i might use half brown sugar and half regular sugar next time, for my taste they could use a little extra sweetness. i even used the quick oat kind because that's what i had, and i just soaked it for less time. still good.
