This recipe is great. I did not want high fat like egg yokes or flour. N0 applesauce so I grated half an apple Added cinnamon and instead of splenda I used approx. 1-2 tsp of honey which make them a little crispy around the edges. Froze them for snacks. Thanks for a great recipe!
These look promising...very low carb! I'll have to give them a try.
