I miss chicken marsala as it is my favorite "restaurant food." This low cal recipe satisfied my craving. The only thing I felt was missing was about 1/4 chopped onion so I added it in when sauteing the garlic and mushrooms (add 4 calories). Only used 1/2 cup wine. Tasted great! Chicken falls apart
