Had this and suggest reducing the bean content and/or add meat. It was quite tasty and did the job of keeping appetite under control and getting protein. As leftovers it was even better to have on hand for the micro
Will make again. Made with 3-28 oz cans diced tomatoes + 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp dried cilantro + 1 tbsp chili powder + 2 chopped jalepeno's. Took 12 hrs in my crock pot, so allow extras time. Wife says double meat next time, but I liked it fine.
