I made this the other night and it was SO good! I substituted ground turkey and non-fat cottage cheese. Besides that I followed the recipe and it came out great! The best thing is that my husband really liked it and we have enough for leftovers!
If you use Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey and non Fat cottage cheese and Healthy choice pasta sauce, it custs the calories WAY down. This was very good, but I use Ground Turkey, NF Cottage Cheese, Whole Wheat Noodles and less cheese. Still very good!
