This recipe is FANTASTIC!! I used reduced-fat ricotta, as the recipe calls for, and also reduced fat mozzarella - you'd never know it! This recipe is definitely company-worthy, as well as being fairly quick to put together. Definitely a winner!!
This was a really good recipe. I added in some lowfat cottage cheese with the ricotti. It's very fillling and makes a ton. My husband really loved it too.
