This recipe saved my butt! ;) I eat a piece of this EVERY night with a half cup of vanilla ice cream. My four-year old loves it too. I don't think the milk was counted in the calories though. Overall, it's a calorie saving, sweet tooth craving, healthy fix. Thanks for sharing!
