Introduction

Your going to love this recipe. I just threw it together using some sliced 40 calorie per slice bread that was not as fresh as my family or I desire for sandwiches. I wanted to make a healthy treat that was no t yogurt but did not have much more Calories or fat than yogurt and I pretty much did it! Your going to love this recipe. Ingredients

*Bread, Nature's Own 40 Cal. White, 7 Slices
    *3 Medium Apples (Green),(approx 3 per pound)
    *4 Egg Whites - About 1/2 cup
    *Great Value Raisins 29g (=to About 1/2 a .25 Serving)
*1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar (=24 tsp)
*1/4 Cup Extra Fine Granulated Sugar, (=12 tsp)
*1/2 Cup (122g) Dole Pineapple Chunks 100% Fruit N Juice
*Stick of Sweet Cream Unsalted Butter to rub directly onto baking dish, .12 serving (To grease baking dish only)
    *1tsp ground, cinnimon, 1 serving
9"X9" Baking Dish - Glass is preferred.

Directions

Start with bread cut into cubes. Slice open your apples and remove the core and seeds. I left the peel on but that Is optional. Cut apples into slices then cubes. Wash your Raisins. Cut your canned Pineapple chunks into smaller pieces then add it all to the bread. Then separate 4 Eggs and just add the Whites of them, discard the yolks or give them to someone who isn't watching what they eat. Add in your lite brown and granulated sugar, your fat free milk and a touch of Cinnamon and mix all together. Take a stick of butter and butter up the insides of the 9" X 9" baking dish by rubbing it all over the inside bottom and sides. You wont use much at all. Then add your mixture and even out in the baking dish with a fork. PreHeat Oven to 380f and once ready place bread pudding into the middle of your oven and leave in to bake for 45 Minutes. Allow to cool then serve. Enjoy!
