I did not not use the honey, flax meal or the egg ( 4oz unsweetened applesauce in place of the egg). Lowered cal 140, 1 g fat. These muffins are delicious, sweet but not too with just a hint or orange, and the berries are oh so yummy. Great for desert, snack, or breakfast on the run.
