Nutrition & Calorie Comments

To make this better, use diet ginger ale and a pomegranate juice that is low in sugar and carbs (I use Healthy Balance Pomegranate Acai Blueberry Juice Cocktail). It's great, and with these changes, 4 servings average only 15 cal 4g carbs each! Perfect!
I thought this was incredible! I don't usually like to drink my calories but this one is well worth it! I put equal amounts of POM and gingerale and I LOVE tart but I would imagine some may want to put even more gingerale. Amazing spritzer for the summer though!!
This was delicious! To cut the excess sugar, I used Ocean Spray's Diet Cranberry-Pomegranate juice (with only 2 grams of sugar) and Diet Ginger Ale (w/ 0 sugars). Will definitely keep this recipe and make again!
sorry, ginger ale is the only pop I canot stand. Maybe with sugar free 7-up.. sounds good though..
I am going to try the sugar free ginger ale to lower the calories even more. I love the idea of serving it in the wine glasses.
My only problem was finding pomegranate juice that didn't have other juices or sugar mixed in. But it tastes fantastic!
If you are allergic to gingerale you might try using sugar free 7-up. Just an idea.
The comments before the recipe say that it CAN be made with SF gingerale, so I assume the actual recipe is made with regular. If you get the 'no sugar added' pomegranate juice then the carbs should come further down.
The carbs are a little high. Very good
sounds good...but 116 calories? Is that with sugar free gingerale?
