Love this recipe, cooking the bananas first does a lot to make this a great baked oatmeal. I also as another reviewer said, made a couple substitutions to lower the calories so could eat 1/4 of it for a reasonable amount of calories. Submitted by:

Excellent! Made a few changes b/c I wanted to lower the calories in order to do 4 servings. Egg substitute for egg, Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk for milk, 1TB Agave & 2t Stevia for sweetner. Keeper for sure, not a bite left!! 4 serv = 240 calories each with changes. :-D Submitted by:
