very good, i used 35 calorie a slice bread, toasted it and than put in the blender so I had very healthy bread crumbs. Very good, my husband always complains and didn't say anything so it had to be good.
After years of the same ole salmon patties,(crackers and carbs) I was leary of anything being better, I tried this and honestly think I prefer these! Wonderful and healthy too! Also a husband pleaser.
