I make these but use cooking spray, not butter, in a non-stick pan. I also use onion salt instead of onions to get the flavor without offending my picky eater.
We usually use regular saltines. The family loves this recipe.
I LOVED these. Used wheat thins low fat crackers, & it had a kinda sweet flavor. Luckily they aren't too high in calories & fat because I could binge eat these!!!! Couldn't even TASTE the salmon! Oh, and used honey dejon mustard... mmm...mmmm..mmmmmmm!!!
