Healthy choice with not too many calories
Very like one of my recipes - only I add cottage cheese to the mix for more protein, and honey when I want it to be a dessert-for-dinner. http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-deta

A great idea. Reduce calories in exchange for ice cream.
I use 2 TBSP Grape Nuts. I get the crunch without the added sugar and fat that granola has. I also prefer plain fat-free Greek yogurt. If you mash up some of the strawberries, it will sweeten the yogurt,or you could use your sweetener of choice.
