The name says it all. This is a great leftover user-upper. I always make to much rice. I love to take this for lunch, the folks at work are always drooling.
This is a zesty alternative to basic pork chops and rice. Because of the soy sauce, I don't add any salt; season individual servings as desired.

I thought this sounded good from another Sparker so I made my own with more asparagus, no olive oil and changed the onions to red onions. Maybe next time some slivered almonds would be nice. Hmmmmm.....
