Ingredients

Asparagus, fresh, cut into 1 inch pieces, 4 cup
Cream of Celery Soup, 1 can
Skim milk, 1 cup
Ham, regular, 3 cup, diced
Brown Rice, medium grain, 4 cups, cooked
Onions, raw, 1 medium, chopped
Medium Cheddar Cheese, 4 oz, shredded
Directions
Makes 12 servings.
Cut up the asparagus and ham if not already cut.
Dice onion. In a skillet sprayed with pan spray, cook the onion until it's tender but not browned.
Mix together the soup and milk. (You can add some lemon pepper, regular pepper, tarragon, whatever your taste is, here.)
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the cheese, and mix well. Pour into a large casserole dish. Sprinkle the cheese on top.
Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes.
