Ingredients

    Frozen P{ot Stickers
    Pork loin (chops), 8 oz (remove)
    Pineapple, fresh, 6 slice, thin (3-1/2" dia x 1/2" thic (remove)
    *low sodium Soy Sauce, .5 cup (remove)
    *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 1 tsp (remove)
    Annie's Naturals Organic Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp, 1 serving (remove)
    *Brown Rice, medium grain, 1 cup (remove)
    Asparagus, fresh, 12 spear, small (5" long or less) (remove)
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Original Buttery Spray, 5 sprays, 2 serving (remove)
    Garlic, 4 cloves (remove)
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp (remove)
    Oranges, 1 small (2-3/8" dia) (remove)
    red pepper flakes

Directions

Juice the small orange;Mix soy sauce, dijon, splenda, Orange juice,chili flakes( to your own taste), garlic and ginger in a bowl. Place pork and Pinnapple in seperate ziplock bags, cover with marinade. Marinate at least 30 min up to 8 hours.
Grill pork and pinnapple on BBQ until Pork reaches internal temp of 160 degrees, pinnapple will be done when it has grill marks much sooner than pork.
Cook rice according to package, omitting butter and using 1 tsp I can't belive it's not Butter in it's place.
Blanch asparagus.
Cook Pot Stickers according to package
